Kedeloba

Kedeloba is a popular holiday traditionally held in Keda, in the local central park. The program of the event includes an exhibition of ethnographic and folklore works, paintings and exhibits of the historical museum of Keda. Also within the framework of Kedeloba, tastings of traditional dishes and various sports competitions are held.

Guests can take part in the process of cutting tobacco, watch the performances of local folk ensembles and taste local wines - tsolikouri (dry white wine) and chhaveri (dry rose wine).

At the end of the event, an “honorary citizen of Keda” (a person who has made a special contribution to the sociocultural and economic development of the municipality) is elected.

On the way to Kedeloba, you can visit the waterfall and Tamara bridge in the village of Makhuntseti.
