Description

If you go up the Kintrishi gorge a little higher towards the village of Didvaki, you will not miss this piece of art while crossing the river. Tskhemvana bridge has an artificial pier only on the right side, while on the left the pier acts as a natural rock.

According to legend, this bridge was built by order of Tamar. The queen, who came to meet Didi Shota, was welcomed by the river. There is a burst in Kintri. The servants were placed on a golden throne and thus transported to the other side of the river. While crossing the river, the queen got lost in the water and ordered: to build such a bridge in this place that neither the river nor time could deprive her of anything. The queen's order was obeyed and this bridge was built. The XII century is considered to be the date of construction of the bridge. The bridge is an attractive place for nature-loving photographers and traveling couples.
