Batumi Botanical Garden is located at the Green Cape, 9 km from the center of Batumi. The Botanical Garden was founded in 1912 and its total area is 113 hectares. There are three parks in the garden: Upper, Lower and Seaside Park. The garden has 9 phyto-geographic departments: Transcaucasian humid subtropics, Australian, New Zealand, Himalayan, East Asian, North American, South American, Mexican and the Mediterranean.

The price of a ticket: For tourists - 20 GEL; for Georgian citizens - 10 GEL.

Do you know that..

Batumi Botanical Garden has 107 species and cultivars of rose, and 54 species of Japanese camellia.

A wedding signing ceremony can be held in the Seaside Park of the Botanical Garden.

The garden has campsites and picnic areas.
